Ingredients & Equipment

– 860g Melting Chocolate
– 1 tbsp Coconut oil
Flavoring (optional)
– 11.3g Distillate (85%)
192ct Mold
Silicone spatula
Double boiler

Directions

Note – This recipe will make 192 x 50mg chocolates. Please adjust the recipe accordingly for your desired dose, quantity, and mold size. The dosage calculators can help determine the proper weights.

1) Weigh out your distillate into a pyrex container and add the coconut oil. Heat the mixture in a microwave or oven until it is homogenous.
2) Melt out enough chocolate to fill 1-2 of your molds and allow it to cool. Once it can be handled weigh the chocolate and multiply it by the number of cavities you plan to fill. This weight will be the total required chocolate. In this recipe we will be creating 192 chocolates weighing around 4.5g each so it will require ~860g total.
3) Weigh out your chocolate and place it in a double boiler to begin melting. Continually stir the chocolate to prevent it from burning as it melts.
4) Once the chocolate has completely melted add the coconut oil and distillate mix. Add flavoring to taste, if desired. Thoroughly mix the chocolate until all ingredients have homogenized.
5) Pour the chocolate mixture into the molds using a silicone spatula to smooth out the mixture. Allow the mold to cool naturally before demolding to avoid ruining the finish.

Notes

Adding cereal to your chocolates will provide a nice crunch, but keep in mind that it will increase the volume and you may need to remove some chocolate to account for it.
