Spice Up Your Holiday with Infused Eggnog

This is one of the most simple but unique recipes on our site. Despite this, it is one of my absolute favorites around the holiday times and it makes a great addition to a morning coffee or after dinner cookie break.

Ingredients/Equipment

– 750ml/25oz Eggnog (Alcoholic or Non-Alcoholic)
– 1-10ml MCT Oil Tincture (Ammount will depend on desired dosage of final product and starting tincture dosage. See our dosage page for help with calculations.)
Stick Blender
Fresh Nutmeg

Directions

     Simply combine the MCT tincture with the eggnog and emulsify the mixture with the stick blender. If you plan on making your own eggnog I would suggest doing this directly with the heavy cream. The THC oil will mix with the fats and natural emulsifying agents within the milk. The lecithin from the tincture also aids in preventing separation. This mixture will remain stable if refrigerated for weeks but it is always recommended to give the bottle a good shake before serving. They make great gifts during the holidays in small mason jars!

Notes:

Make sure to top off your eggnog with fresh nutmeg, the taste is far superior to the pre-dried. This eggnog can also be used as a coffee creamer to start your day right.
